Refund & Returns

At BMT-FASHION, we take pride in the architectural precision and quality of our garments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your curation. If for any reason you are not, we offer a transparent and seamless return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), and customized products are non-returnable.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
  3. Alternatively, email our concierge team at returns@bmtfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
  4. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., different size), send us an email at concierge@bmtfashion.com.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
